Subprocessors
Boswell relies on a small set of third-party services to run the product. Here is each one, what it does, and where it operates.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Fly.io | Hosting, compute, and encrypted volume storage (US East) | United States |
| Resend | Transactional email | United States |
| Backblaze B2 | Off-site encrypted backup storage (Litestream replica, US) | United States |
We keep this list current and notify customers of changes as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. Your organization owns its client data, and Boswell never sells it.
